Booking Cancellation

Advance Payments
If an advance payment has been made, refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time, booking type, and whether the driver or vehicle has already been assigned.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer does not arrive at the pickup location.
- Incorrect pickup details are provided.
- Cancellation after vehicle dispatch.
- Delays or disruptions due to traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
